It is also one of the closest points on the mainland to Paxos, which makes it an easy place to start a private day at sea. Boarding is normally at Preveza or Nydri; by arrangement we collect you from the Syvota harbour at no extra charge.

After the short crossing you have the whole day for the west-coast sea caves of Paxos, the long white beach at Voutoumi on Antipaxos and a stop in Gaios.
