No license. No prior sailing experience. AURA's bareboat rental lets anyone take the helm of a well-equipped vessel for a full day on the Ionian Sea, within a clearly defined sailing area around Preveza and the northern Ionian coastline. The zone is generous — enough water to swim, anchor, and explore without feeling constrained — and the boat is designed to be handled without formal training.
The price is €200 flat for the full day, regardless of how many people join (up to 6 guests). A printed map of the permitted sailing area is provided before departure, along with a briefing on the vessel's controls and safety equipment. A licensed skipper is available as an optional add-on for those who want guidance — or simply want to relax instead of captaining.
This is the option for groups who want freedom without a fixed itinerary: anchor where you like, swim when you want, find a quiet cove to anchor in, and return when you're ready. The vessel is fully equipped with a JBL audio system, snorkelling gear, life jackets, and a marine radio. Fuel is included. The boat leaves from Preveza Port and is available May through October.
